lonely work

been holed up prepping for the underground market coming up on saturday night. wish i had some pictures of the process, but the state of my kitchen right now is way too embarrassing -- even for me, and i have really low standards*

otherwise, here's the new booth sign i'm workin on..

as a side note, if you're thinking of starting/naming a business in which you think you might be cutting out letters at some point, i suggest choosing something with no S's. they are a bitch.

*excludes germs. germs + me = war

get regular: eat your greens (crispy kale chips)

step 1: wash fresh kale and/or chard

step 2: mix up raw vegan cheesy dip in a blender or food processor
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 c soaked cashews
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t cayenne
  • 1/4 c maple syrup

step 3: coat those greens

step 4: stick 'em in your dehydrator (if you're a hippie and spend money on that kind of bologna, ummm, like i do) for 12-24 hrs or until crispy
OR just use your oven on its lowest setting - usually no more than 30 mins.

what you get outta this:
greens that are easy to transport as snacks
relief from salads
protein
vit c
calcium
fiber like whoa
